Boulivan IT Ltd, founded in 2024, develops custom mobile applications tailored to specific business needs. Originally established to create a diabetes management application, the company has since broadened its scope and is now focused exclusively on two internal projects: Diabolus, a mobile app for diabetes management, and a future braking calculation application for off-highway vehicles. The latter is currently being specified in collaboration with Brakeons Ltd and another company specializing in off-highway vehicle braking systems, with a technical specification document currently in development to support the app’s creation.
We originally founded Boulivan IT Ltd to build healthcare applications. Our first project, Diabolus, focuses on improving chronic disease management.
We also support a separate company developing advanced braking systems for off-road vehicles, with a future app to assist in braking calculations.
We create prototypes in Figma and early app versions to test ideas, refine user experience, and define accurate development specs.
We build complete product roadmaps and technical specs, ready to launch when funding is secured and priorities align.
